RETURNS

Because all of our items are pre-owned and one of a kind. All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

Given the pre-loved nature of our products, some items may show signs of wear. We highly recommend that you carefully examine the descriptions and photographs before making a purchase. All items are sold as seen. We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold through Vintage Fetish. If any item is found to be inauthentic, the buyer will receive a full refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please note that you will receive store credit instead of a cash refund.

IN-STORE, SHOWROOM AND POP UP PURCHASES

Additionally, returns are not accepted for purchases made in-store or at pop-up events; all sales are final.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

We ensure the authenticity of all products sold. Each item is meticulously authenticated by our in-house experts. In the rare event that an item is determined to be inauthentic, the buyer is eligible for a full refund even after the 14-day return period.
